ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

The Account Coordinator role assists in planning and implementing projects and campaigns across a diverse set of marketing channels, ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget. This role includes day to day account tasks to support senior account management to ensure successful project completion from start to finish. A get-it-done mentality is needed as a key component of this role is translating strategy to execution and being responsive throughout the process. The individual will be responsible for staying on top of client status reports, internal project management and communication as well as contributing to strategic thinking to support senior account staff. JNA is searching for candidates with strong grit and ready to hit the ground running!

A. Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Supports Account Team in daily deliverables, activities, budgets, and deadlines for campaigns and individual client projects
  2. Ensures orderly and timely completion of project work.
  3. Coordinates development of project proposals/timelines, budgets, advertising and media plans with oversight from Account Service leadership team
  4. Facilitates all administrative duties including: weekly status reports, project documentation, client billing, and internal job management — including conference and/or call reports within 24 hours of a call/meeting
  5. Completes tasks as necessary to support the agency and the Account Services Team
  6. Manages small projects as assigned and completes a daily timesheet

  1. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
  2. A student of advertising & marketing – passionate about the work in front of them
  3. Results oriented and self-motivated
  4. Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  5. Strong work ethic and attention to detail, reliably and great energy
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Docs


C. Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university (preferably in marketing, advertising or related field)
  2. Functional expertise within Agency 0-2 years and/or Project management 0-2 years
