ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Responsible for leading clients and agency personnel on animal health-related brands within our fast-growing advertising agency. Duties include providing strategic leadership, ideation and marketing/advertising counsel for clients and internal teams, managing account executive and overseeing projects to assure timelines and quality standards are met.

Must excel at ability to strategically think and problem solve, have strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills, prioritize and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances and fast-paced environment and initiate projects and ideas. Ideal candidates will have at least 7 to 10 years ad agency experience in overseeing agency teams who execute a full spectrum of marketing and advertising functions including traditional, digital and social media, PR, creative and interactive development. Pet retail, animal health or human healthcare experience preferred.
