ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

A. Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Scheduling and tracking workflow with internal and external projects
  2. Articulate scope, deliverables and budget tracking on a weekly basis with leadership
  3. Supports Account Team in daily deliverables, activities, budgets, and deadlines for campaigns and individual client projects
  4. Composing emails and helping to direct organized client communication
  5. Coordinates development of project proposals/timelines, budgets, advertising and media plans with oversight from Account Service leadership team
  6. Facilitates all administrative duties including: weekly status reports, project documentation, client billing, and internal job management — including conference and/or call reports within 24 hours of a call/meeting
  7. Completes tasks as necessary to support the agency and the Account Services Team and completes a daily timesheet
  8. Prepare and discuss estimates with clients for retainer and project work

  3. Ability to provide clear, thought-through direction to team members
  4. A student of advertising & marketing – passionate about the work in front of them
  5. Results oriented and self-motivated
  6. Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  7. Strong work ethic and attention to detail, reliably and great energy
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Docs


C. Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university (preferably in marketing, advertising or related field)
  2. Functional expertise within Agency 2+ years and/or Project management 2+ years
