DIGITAL MEDIA SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a digital media professional to work on local, regional and national brands. This position includes developing the digital media strategy and recommendation for a variety of campaigns across several accounts. This person should have an understanding of the digital landscape across all tactics such as paid search, social, video and display. In addition to planning the campaigns, this position will assist in execution, optimization and reporting on all campaigns. We are looking for an individual with a strong hands-on paid search & paid social background to be an integral part of leading our digital efforts. This highly motivated Digital Media Supervisor will work closely with our Social, Account Services, and Analytics teams to execute paid search campaigns from start to finish and manage and exceed client KPI’s.

What You’ll Do
As a Digital Media Supervisor at JNA Advertising:

  • Help to supervise team’s media associate, ensuring structure and support in their roles
  • Maintain an understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives, helping to translate into digital objectives/strategies
  • Along with Media Director, develop sound, strategic media plans based on client marketing, research and consumer insights
  • Execute paid search campaigns from start to finish; setup, implementation, optimizations, reporting,
  • Analyze campaign data & optimize towards maximum performance and client ROI
  • Understand client brief and objectives to make partner and platform recommendations
  • Proactively monitor campaign activity for delivery, ad quality and performance
  • Build strong relationships within the media community in order to bring innovative & first-to-market opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong Client relationships; set appropriate expectations and ensure timely creation & delivery of work
  • Keep abreast of current events, media trends and any target/market/ industry trends that impact business
  • Seek-out innovative media opportunities and provide clients with strategic POVs

 

Skills and experience we would like you to have include:

  • Successful experience in digital media planning/buying
  • Experience working with paid social ad-buying platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • 2+ years of digital media experience
  • Excellent communication & client management skills
  • Strong analytical skill set and ability to translate data to media performance
  • Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
