JNA is selected to assist the Kansas Department of Labor with SIDES education & marketing.
The Kansas Department of Labor and JNA Advertising agree to partner on upcoming project. SIDES, the Unemployment Insurance State Information Data Exchange System, is a new, web-based system that allows the Department of Labor and employers to communicate directly and efficiently when an individual files a new unemployment insurance claim. The system transmits questions from the Department of Labor about Unemployment Insurance claims by former employees directly to employers, so that the KDOL can promptly process claims and avoid fraud in the system. This program was created in partnership with the National Association of State Workforce Agencies, SIDES will help employers or their representative (for example, a third-party administrator) respond to questions about claims easily, accurately and in a timely manner.
