Where would you store 400 cases of LaCroix?


Overland Park, Kan. – January 20, 2018 – With the large number of millennials that make up today’s work force, I bet most agencies say that they love LaCroix. But here at JNA we really, REALLY love it. Like 400 cases love it. Because that’s how many we have. No, that’s not a typo. Our agency is the proud owner of 400 cases of everyone’s favorite sparkling water. Although, it might be more like 395 by the time this is published, since we drink roughly 5 cases a week. So when we heard LaCroix was holding an office contest, we were all in.

The Task: #LaCroixWondersContest; create an office display using LaCroix.

The Team: Art director Melissa Hicks, Copywriter Alex Esposito, Social Media Associate/ Photographer Mika McGinnis, Media Supervisor Natalie Neppl, and Jr. Art Director Christine Wiggington.

The Idea: A Brady Bunch-inspired display of our affection in the form of a .gif.

We put together a crack team made of our biggest fizzy water drinkers and creative minds and got to brainstorming. Some ideas left on the cutting room floor: 12 Days of LaCroixmas, a Flower Wall, and a dog house, inspired by our Animal Health division. But one idea just felt right.

Here at JNA, we’re like one big family. So what better way to show off our love for our favorite drink, and each other, than taking inspiration from America’s favorite 70s sitcom relatives? So I present to you, the JNA Bunch!

We polled the office to see whose clothes matched which cans, laid out the tiles and had our very own mono-chromatic photoshoot. Mel art directed, Mika took the pics and Natalie and I approved everyone’s outfits and poses to make sure we’d look as fresh as our beloved non-soda. And after almost a month of anxiously awaiting results, LaCroix reached out, asked for our address and sent us 400 free cases (not cans, CASES!) of what some of my co-workers refer to as their lifeblood. Now we just have to find a place to put it all—other than our tummies.
